Refund Policy
Effective June 8, 2026
Software and Video Purchases
Eligible software and video purchases may be refunded when a request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. This policy applies to the purchase price of the eligible product and does not guarantee a particular learning, technical, employment, business, or income result.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@vibecodenow.ai and include:
- Your name
- The email address used for the purchase
- The order date
- The product purchased
Do not send payment-card details by email.
Review and Payment Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days. When a refund is approved, it is submitted to Stripe. Stripe and your card issuer or financial institution may require additional time to return the funds to your account.
Group Coaching and Community Membership
Group coaching and community membership fees are nonrefundable after payment. You may cancel future renewals at any time. Access continues through the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past payments unless stated otherwise.

Billing Questions
If you believe a charge was duplicated or made in error, contact us so we can review the transaction. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
